How do I know which snowboard boot size to order?
We recommend ordering your standard athletic shoe size. Our boots are designed with heat-moldable liners that will contour to your feet for a custom fit after a few sessions or a professional heat-mold.
What is your return policy for performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, gear that has been used on the mountain cannot be returned.
Do thirtytwo products come with a warranty?
Yes, all thirtytwo boots and outerwear are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects from the original date of purchase.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear before your next trip.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
